The gigantic wooden structure is over 100 metres high. The Hindu-Buddhist temple, which is something between a church and a castle, has been left unfinished since 1981. There is not a single iron nail in the entire building. The sanctuary is a reflection of ancient Thai design, and each square inch of the building is covered in wooden reliefs and statues.

Koh Chang

Koh Chang is the second largest island in Thailand, after the island of Phuket. The island, which is located 250 km from Pattaya, can be easily reached by car. The highway journey takes about 3 hours. Koh Chang is currently considered as the “forgotten pearl”, because tourism is not as developed here as on other islands. For this reason, it offers very beautiful spots, white sandy beaches and a turquoise coastline.

Koh Mak

The island is located in the eastern part of the Gulf of Thailand. It is the third largest island of the province of Trat; only Koh Chang and Koh Kood islands are larger. The island boasts beautiful sandy beaches, azure sea, palm trees and very friendly inhabitants. Do not expect noisy night-life and shopping on this island. We only recommend this island to true lovers of tropical beauty. On the island, three tiny fishing villages, a small temple and an elephant village can be visited.

Koh Kood

Koh Kood island is located near the Cambodian border. Although it is the fourth largest island of Thailand, it is much quieter and less developed than the neighbouring island of Koh Chang. It is an island of unspoiled natural beauty, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The relatively flat island is covered in luxuriant forests, coconut and rubber plantations. Fortunately, Koh Kood has not yet been much invaded by tourist activities, so it still preserves its beautiful Nature and especially the clean, white, fine sandy beaches and pristine sea.

Pattaya is the central city beach. Compared to Jomtien, it is not so clean, due to the busy passing traffic and proximity to the main road.
